If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund.
- The item must be unused and be in a resalable condition.
- If your item arrived damaged, please send us a photo to email@example.com – we will then send you a replacement and arrange to have the damaged item returned to us.
- If you just want to return your purchase, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange to have it returned to us. Refunds will be processed once we have received the item. The full amount will be refunded if we find the returned item in a reasonable condition. Your refund will be processed within 1 week or receiving your returned item.
- Refunds will be done in the same way you paid. We will contact you for your bank account details for EFT refunds or bank deposits.
